LAUREL, Md., April 28 /U.S. Newswire/ -- The following statement is from Michael Anthony Peroutka, Constitution Party Presidential candidate:
"It is with great pride and pleasure that I announce to you the intention of Dr. Chuck Baldwin to join the Constitution Party National Ticket as candidate for Vice President of the United States.
